Welcome to Lexeo

Bridging complex learner profiles and academic success.

Lexeo was established to meet the growing demand for expert advice, professional learning and strategic support in language and communication. We partner directly with Headteachers, Senior Leadership Teams, SENDCos and ALNCos to identify underlying barriers, strengthen inclusive practice and unlock every pupil’s potential.

Our dual-track approach connects strategic whole-school improvement with targeted teaching for learners whose literacy, language or communication needs may not yet have been fully recognised.

  • Diagnostic insight: uncovering the language factors beneath complex learning and behavioural profiles
  • Targeted provision: structured, evidence-led literacy, language and communication interventions
  • Capacity building: practical strategies staff can use and sustain in the classroom
  • Statutory alignment: support informed by both English SEND and Welsh ALN requirements

Literacy & learning barriers

Persistent gaps in phonics acquisition, decoding fluency, written expression, vocabulary and reading comprehension.
